Nichols school house, was in town
Saturday having a hand -lanced. The
hand was pricked by a wheat straw or
beard, blocd poisoning resulted and
the hand and arm became badly swol
len. Mr Johnson Was offered fjQ nn
acre for his land, but he holds it at
$250 Nine years ago he purchased
the farm of Gus Anderson of tMi city
for $80 an acre. His seventy acres of
wheat he thinks will average thirty
bushels to the acre. He expected to
start out with his threshing outfit
yesterday.
