Federal Court Opens.
Judge Woodrough, who will sit on
the federal bench in this city this
week, arrived from Omaha yesterday
and with him camo Court Clerk Hoyt
District Attornoy Allen and Marshal
Flynn. Court opened yesterday fore
noon nnd during tho day several boot
legging cases wero disposed of by
the Judge. There are about thirty
cases on tho docket nearly all o
which are for a fracture of the prohi
bition laws.
