Troop Trains.
Many
Another troop train passed cast this
morning, making six so far this week.
Each train carried aoout 500 men.
Five of thesp trains were served by tho
North Platte Red Cross Canteen with
coffee, sandwiches, cigarettes, post
cards and magazines. Each train was
served by two companies of the can
tcfeni workers, each com'pany consist
ing of ten members. Commandant Mrs,
Boguo and Asst. Commanuant Mrs.
Hosier are also present at tho arrival
of each train.
This morning tho members of tho
two companies serving were awaken
ed at six o'clock and reported at seven.
They Appeared nt heoquarters in very
cheery mood and began tha service
preparations with much enthusiasm.
The operating expenses of the can
