Its vitality sapped, and that there Is being presented to our cit izens a false conception of patriotic services DE IT RESOLVED that wo call upon all citizens to aid in the discouraging and terminating of these so called patriotic dances and bo promoto tho moral welfare of tho community and nation for tho following reasons: 1. For patriotic organizations to raise monoy by such means Is not in harmony with tho government's pur pose and expressed desire. 2.
