"Merchant's signs, theatre signs, or namontal lighting on buildings, dis play advertising, notices and an nouncements, aro cut out. "Lights inside stores, offices or other when not open for business, excepting such lights as are necessary for saf cty. "Signs designating the location of nn office or placo of business, or the nature of the business, when not open for buslnoss, aro prohibited.
