YOUR EYES AND THEIR CARE EYESTRAIN Nexl to ftfe itself Sight is the most valuable thing you possess.- To do the most efficient work, to get the most enjoyment out of life, you need your eyes in the boet possible condition. The first indications of eye trouble should have your immedi ate attention. Such troubles often come on so gradually that they are not .realized at first; but as soon as recognized thoy should bo attended to, as eye defeoti continue to grow wcae if neglected. The most common troubles are the results of eyestrain, which is exceedingly prevalent. Unless the strain is promptly relieved permanent injury to the eyes is likely to result, and merely be cause of neglect for n time a person may suffer a lifo-long handicap of poor sight. C. S.
