little progross. No sugar factory will

and so far it has boon impossible to
secure that guarantee. Another phaso
of tho proposition scorns to bo a divi
sion of. territory between tho Great
Wostern nnd American companion, in
which one will not interfere with Uio
other. Lincoln county Is In the Grand
Island factory territory and from tills
territory that factory receives about
one -third of Its hoots, and Uiobo boots
