Tho foundation walls will be about olght foot wldo, and under tho main portion of tho building will go down to depth of seventeen feet. Tho main part of tho building will stand directly In front of Pino street, this soctlon will bo two Btorlos, tho waiting rooms will havo a court and surrounding tho court will bo the of fices for tho local officials. Tho cast and west wings will he ono story, tho1 west to bo used as dining and lunch rocms, tho oast wing for express and baggago rooms. Tho cntiro length of tho building is 280 feet. Pressed brick with Btono trimmings will form tho exterior matorial, and throughout tho building will be as nearly flro proof as It is possible to build. It Is figured that It will require at least a year to complete tho building.
