Mrs. William Frazlor, of Denver, formerly Miss Lizzie Elerdam, of this city, died tho foro part of tlils week after a short Illness. She is survived by her husband and four children in Denver and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Elerdam, Sr., of this city. Tho funeral was held yesterday after noon.
