Jasper Mahaffey In tho district court
this week on the grounds of adultery.
The petition states that they were
married Oct. 27, 1915, In Denver ami
that shortly after It was discovered
that the defendnnt had on several oc
casions committed adultery with di
vers persons and that on Mnr. Sth,
191 G, he was found at tho Anthers
hotel In Omaha with one Jeslo
Brown, an Immoral person. The plain
tiff, through her attorneys Beoler &
Crosby, asks that the divorce bo
granted and her maiden name of
Irene Stuart bo restored to her.
