for the purpose of erecting and fur
nishing one 14 room school building
on block 144 In the First Ward of tho
City of North Platto, Nobraska, In said
District. Said bonds to be negotiable
In form and to bear Interest at tho
rate of five per cent per annum, pay
able semi-annually, principal and In
terest payable at the fiscal agency ot
the State of Nebraska. In tho city of
New York and which said bonds shall
he duo as follows: In twenty years
from the date thereof, but may bo
paid at any timo after ten years from
the date thereof, at thfr option of the
