you want is using the telephone. It may mean
that an operator is trying to reach him for
someone else who called before you did. If he's
on a party line, it may mean that ono of the
othor parties is using iho line.
"Central" is a much abused girl, but she is
nocossary to efficient and dependable telephone
service, and she does hor work remarkably well.

duo to a complication of diseases, and
