Now on this 25th day of January 1915, at a regular session of the board of county commissioners In and for Lincoln County,, Nebraska, the matter of voting of $14,000 of South Platte precinct bridge bonds in Lincoln county, Neb., came on to be heard and it appearing from the records and the papers on file In the offlce of the coun ty clerk that all the requirements of law and conditions precedent thereto to authorize the Issue of tho South Platte precinct bridge bonds in Lin coin county, Neb., Int he sum of $14,000 had been fully complied with. by all parties interested and that all matters required by law have been fully had. It is therefore resolved by tho 'board of county commissioners in and for Lin coin county, Nebraska, that the coun ty clerk proceed to have said bonds printed In manner and form according to law and the proposition submitted and carried said bonds to bear dato of January 1, 1915, and that the chairman and county clerk of tho board of coun ty commissioners sign said bonds of the dato of their execution and ex ecuto tho same In manner and form as required by law and us they have been voted.
