Tho caso of John Wing, contestant, vs. Charles Itoblnson, a caso contest ing tho election of road overseer In Hall precinct, road district No. 30, was decided last week In favor of tho de fendant by County judgo Grant In tho county court. Tho caso was tried somo timo ago and tho court took It under ndvlsemcnt for a few days. This caso has boon watched with much lntoreBt ovor tho county. At tho fall olectlon tho election board In Hall precinct canvassed tho votes and gavo Itoblnson soventeon and Wing sixteen. Wing nlloged that tho vote should bo tho other way and when tho canvassing 'board upheld tho count of tho olectlon' board ho 'brought tho caso into tho county court, asking that tho court rovorso tho count.
