Tho exer cises will consist of a program by the children and addresses by soma of the t faculty and members of the board and a reception in the oven ing. At 1:30 Thursday afternoon the children's program wili bo given by the Jefferson pupils. After this the pupils will be dismissed and the remain der of the afternoon will be given oyer to tho older people and a number of addresses will be given. E. T. Tramp, president of the board ot education, Bert M. Reynolds, architect, and Super intendent Wilson Tout will all give ad dresses. In the evening a reception is to be given and everybody is invited. The teachers jn the building compose the entertainment committee and an elaborate celebration has been planned. Music for the occassion will bo fur nished by the high school orchestra and glee club. The building will be lighted up and open to the inspection of every one. Democrats Attention.
