The little political junta that has se- cured control of tho normal board plainly made a mistake when it dis missed Dr. A. O. Thomas from the headship of tho Kearney school without charges or hearing, attempting thus by dark chambor stealth to destroy his standing as an educator. Tho mistake is plain, at any rate, to everybody ex cept possibly to theso who perpetrated the deed. The only open question is, Do they now realize their cgrogious blunder, and, if so, will they backtrack. Omaha Bee. What the Star Ball Players Got. A writer says that even J.
