R. W. Hagel, non-resident defendnat,
will take notice that an action has been
begun in tho district court of Lincoln
county, Nebraska, in which Charles J.
Bills fs plaintiff and Lillian E. Hagel
and R. W. Hagel, her husband, are de
fendants, the object and prayer of
which said action are to foreclose a
certain mortgage made and executed
by the defendants to the plaintiff upon
the following described land situate in
Lincoln county, Nebraska, to-wit:
The East Half of Southwest Quarter
and the West Half of Southeast Quarter
of Section Four, (4), Township Fifteen
(15), North of Rnnge Thirty (30),
West of the Gth P. M., to secure the
payment of one certain mortgage bond
dated Janunry 1, 1910, for tho sum of
$100.00 nnd coupon bonds thereto
attached due and unpaid, and that there
is now due upon said bond and interest
notes and taxes paid by the plaintiff,
the sum of $186.57, for which said sum
with interest thereon, ns in said mort
gage, bond nnd notes provided for, from
this date, plaintilF prays that defend
ants be required to pay and costs of
suit or thnt said premises may be sold
to satisfy the amount found due, and
that said defendants he foreclosed of
their equit of xedemption therein.
