An Ordinance to amend Soc.
144 of

Article No. 1 of Chapter No 8
dinance No. 1 of the City of North
Platto, Nebraska, defining saloon limits
of said city and redefining samo. Be it
ordained by the Mayor and City Council
of North -Platto, Nebraska.
Section 1.
That Sec. 144 of Article No, 1 of
Chapter No. 8 of Ordinance No. 1 of
said City of North Platto, Nebraska be
amended to read as follows:
"That it shall be unlawful fof any
person to locate or oporato a saloon
within the City of North Platte, Ne
braska, outside of the following des
cribed limits, viz: All of Blocks 102, 103,
114 and 115; Provided that no saloon
shall be hereafter located fronting on
Dewey Street, except that part of Block
103, lying north of the south 44 feet of
said Block.
Section 2.
That alj Ordinances and parts of Or
dinances in conflict herewith are hore
by repealed.
Section 3.
That this ordinance shall be in force
and effect from nnd after its approval
and publication according to law.
