That Sec. 144 of Article No, 1 of Chapter No. 8 of Ordinance No. 1 of said City of North Platto, Nebraska be amended to read as follows: "That it shall be unlawful fof any person to locate or oporato a saloon within the City of North Platte, Ne braska, outside of the following des cribed limits, viz: All of Blocks 102, 103, 114 and 115; Provided that no saloon shall be hereafter located fronting on Dewey Street, except that part of Block 103, lying north of the south 44 feet of said Block.
