Take Plenty of Time to Eat.
There Is a saying that "rapid eating
is slow suicide." If you have formed
the habit of eating too rapidly you are
j most likely suffering from indigestion
or constipation, which will result even
tually in serious illnessunless corrected.
Digestion begins in tho mouth. Food
should be thoroughly masticated and in
salviatcd. Then when you have a full
ness of the stomach or feel dull and
stupid after eating, take one of Cham
berlain's Tablets. Many severe cases
of stomach trouble and constipation
have boon cured by he use of theso
tablets. They are easy to take aid
most agreeable in effect. Sold by all
dealers.
