average over 20 milos to the gallon of gasolino and alwavs over 4 00
miles to each gallon of cylinder oil. Mr. Gather, who owns a modol 81,
reports that he has travelod 3000 miles on four gallons of cylinder oil.
In a test held at Scottsbluflf last week, a modol 31 traveled 101 miles
over various kinds of roads, with five passengors. on 1 gallons nnd 8
quarts of gasoline. A now Buick was delivered to ScottsblufT from
North Platte on oxaotly 10 gallons of gasoline, 35 miles of tho road bolng
muddy, the dlstanco being 218 milos. Tho roason of this economy is that
the Buick cyllndors are smaller for the power dovolopod than any other
typo of engine and the workmanship and material aro of tho bost. Long
experience in building the same kind of an engine accounts for their
economy and very satisfactory performance to every owner.
