order would bo issued requiring nil
fourth class postmasters now in office"
or candidates for prospectivo appoint
ment to bo subjected to n competitive
oxnmination to determine their fitness
for tho prospectivo position.

Whereas. Justine Grothcn has filed In this
office an instrument purporting to be tho last
will nnd testament of John F. Meir, deceased,
late of tho county of Bureau, and Btate of Illinois,
together with a certificate of the probate court
in nnd for tho county of Bureau, Btato of
Illinois, and a petition praying to have the
same admitted to probate, which will and testa
ment relate to both real and personal property.
It is therefore ordered that the 3rd day of
June, 1913, at 9 o'clock, a. m., at my oliice in
said county, be fixed as tho timo and placo set for
proving said will, at which time and place, you
and all concerned may appear and contest the
probato of tho same.
It is further ordered that said petitioner give
notice to all persons interested in said estate of
tho pendency of said petition, nnd of thetlmo
nnd place set for hearing of said petition, by
causing a copy of this order to be published in
