Modern Oven Completed.
We have just completed remodeling our large
balce oven, having had same entirely rebuilt, along
the lines of the latest improved Modern Baking
Ovens.
This enables us to turn out a superior quality of
bakery goods, due to the exceptionally even baking
qualities of our new oven. ..
This new method of building ovens, gives to the
bread and bakery stuff that particular flavor which
is so much desired by the housewife, due to the
uniform heat maintained in our new oven.
The dough is taken just the right rtime, prescribed
by masters of the baking art, placed .in the oven,
and held there for the proper length of time, at an
even temperature which insures a loaf of goodcolor,
even texture and a perfect in every particular.
