And shall the Board of Education of the School District of the City of North flatte, in tno county of Lincoln, in the State of Nebraska, be authorized to cause to be levied and collected a tax annually in nn amount sufficient to pay the interest and principal of said bonds, at the same mature, in addition to the taxes now authorized to be levied by law on all property within the said School District.
