A. M. Mason left this morning for
Central City to attend the reunion of
the G. A. R.
The Girla Friendly Society will be
entertained this evening by Mrs.
Richmond Birgo and Miss Anna Kramph
at the homo of the former.
E. L. Garrison, who had been visit
ing in Iowa, was called here a few days
ago by the illness of his daughter, Mrs.
Facka, who lives in Dickens precinct.
Alonzo McMcMichael went to Centrul
City today to attend the G. A. R. re
union. Robert Ginn, of Perry, la., returned
home todny after visiting his brother

Miss Emma Pollard, of Schuyler, who
was the guest of hoi sister Mrs. James
Guyman, left for home yesterday morn
ing. Minor Hinman returned yesterday
from Hastings where he went to see

Mrs. Wilson Tout, son and daughter,
are visiting relativos in York.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE
In four and one-halt years we have sold $73,311.2$
worth of real estate at lower prices than any lots have
ever been sold around North Platte.
We laid out 240 residence Iota and 102 acreage
tracts. All of these have been sold except 91 residence
lots and within a year these 91 lots will all be sold.
Greater progress has been mads in this part of town
than any other part. Yet the prices of lots which were
fixed at the beginning has not and will not be changed.
You cannot find lots elsewhere in North Platte
improved with sidewalks, crossings, sewer, graded
streets and as close to the business part of the city,
for sale at less than twice the prices which the Trustee
asks.
