For sale by WM. E. SHUMAN. We had 930 acres of pasture lands. Not a house but one. Not a sidewalk or an inch of sewer pipe, water -jj, mains or graded streets. It was all a cattle pasture for the town herd. That was four and one-half vears ago. -0 BSBMBMSEESt ! ,.' ' r; We have the best part of town. We have fifty-four residences ranging in cost from $2,000 to $8,000. We have cement sidewalks and crossings, five feet wide, for every lot. A complete sewer system with sewer so deep in the ground that basements may be had without danger from water or from the sewer backing in', as it does in other parts of town. ' 's We have water mains with good water pressure thruout the additions. We have the new part of town and not the old. WHAT HAS BEEN DONE In four and one-halt years we have sold $73,311.2$ worth of real estate at lower prices than any lots have ever been sold around North Platte. We laid out 240 residence Iota and 102 acreage tracts. All of these have been sold except 91 residence lots and within a year these 91 lots will all be sold. Greater progress has been mads in this part of town than any other part. Yet the prices of lots which were fixed at the beginning has not and will not be changed. You cannot find lots elsewhere in North Platte improved with sidewalks, crossings, sewer, graded streets and as close to the business part of the city, for sale at less than twice the prices which the Trustee asks. -4 ROY B. TABOR, Trustee oi the Estate of George W. Stewart, in Bankruptcy.
