Volumes could be written on the beauty, grace, elegance aud novelty of the spring styles in women's apparel and after all what an incomplete picture it would be for how could one within the scope of an advertisement, even begin to do justice to an array of Coats, Suits and Dresses that represent the best work of the foremost designers. Mr. Editor: It seems tu me, as a taxpayer and water consumer of North Platte, that Mr. Cunnighnm has placed himself in a very embarassing position by asking the people of North Platte to support him for water commissioner, when you stop and think of the treat ment extended to tho people by him as manager of the North Platte Water Co. in the past two years in imposing on tho water consumers in every man ner possible, and I for one hope that the voters of North Platte will wake up on electinn day and show Mr. Cun ningham that they do not need him to manage the city water works for them. Hershey Welch is just aa compstent to handle it as he is, so wake up, voter of Ntrrtn finite, anu on election day elect Mr. Cunningham to step down and out. Let htm follow his water comminv as they Will, no doubt, need him elsewhere to work for them against the water consumers as faithfully at ho did here in North Platte. So, fellow citizens when you go to the polls on election day don't forget the $85,000.00 worth of junk that Mr. Cunningham and the water company unloaded on you and show him, by voting for Hershoy Welch, that you do not tolerate it and forever bo done with the water com pany and its henchman, Thos.
