timore savs in a letter. "It was a suc
cess from every standpoint. Our only

The proposed election of officers for
the Y. M. C. A. announced for Thurs
day evening, January 21st, has been
postponed for a few weeks, on account
of tho necessary absence from tho city
of tho president and treasurer or tho
