Cyrus Clark Pleads Guilty.
Cyrus Clark, who was arresthd on
tho chargo of stealing threo hand of
cattlo from tho Van Orsdal ranch at
Maxwell nnd has boon confined in jail
awaiting n preliminary hearing, plead
guilty to tho chargo in tho county
court yestorday. This nction on tho
part of Clark had beon anticipated for
several days. Judgo Grimes is now in
Omaha and upon his roturn Clark will
bo taken before the Judgo for sentence.
Henry Golse, who 1b also confined in
jail on a chargo of cattlo stealing,
furnished a bond of $2,200 yestorday
and was released. W. E. Hoagland
signed the bond as security.

last Tuesday's Tribune, making a total
of forty-four sinco the coming of tho
new secretary.
In order to properly place tho pool
und billiard tables, through tho kind
permission of M. Keith Neville, tho
locntion of the shower bath has been
changed and a largo arch has been cut
between two of tho back rooms.
Tho furniture kindly donated through
tho efforts of tho international commit
tee has arrived and been unpacked. It
is fine, consisting of six mission rock
ers, threo gnmo tables and an elegant
couch. The secretary will greatly ap
preciate it if the men of North Platto
will como up and inspect this handsome
donation.
The pool and billiard tables and rub
ber mntting havo arrived and will bo
