eluded Its work ot equalizing the
value of railroad proporty assossed tin-
dor tho terminal tax law by increasing
the main trnck of the Union Pacific
about 10 per cent and tho sidetracks
about 50 per cent. This Increnso does
not apply to Douglas county, whicli

The Northwestern, including the Min
