S. geologicnl surveyor from Washington, 13 C, has been distributing some forged checks throughout the state. He has possession of a check bonk of the Kochler Motel at Grand Island and has succeeded in getting rid of several checks. The manager of that hostelry has had cards sent out bearing a desctiptiou of tin man and warning people not to accept these checks. BRADY NOTES.
