Cohegan being the complain ing witness. The two men are neighbors, and Mr. Walker claims that the line fence is three feet over on his land, and upon the fail ure of Mr. Cohegan to remove it, Mr. Walker demolished the fence. We understand the case will be appealed to the district court. Last evening following the regu lar meeting of the Degree of Honor a social was held. One year ago the lodge was divided into two sec tions with a view of seeing which section could obtain the largest number of. new members. The year ended last evening and the section which secured the most members was treated by the other section. The result of the efforts of the two sections was thirty mem bers.
