Price and Edward Eas ton, jr., a boy about fifteen years of age, were up before Judge Bald win yesterday charged with assault and battery upon one of the Beightel boys. They were both found guilty and Price was fined three dollars and costs. The boy was also given a light fine. The two boys were fighting and accord ing to the testimony Price was aiding and abetting them. They fought for nearly three quarters ot an hour.
