been given out it is said that the un
secured debts of tho exposition will
aggregate about $98,000. Of this sum,
It is stated that about $50,000 is duo
laborers and for material for tho month
of October. Scores of suits havo been
commenced, and more aro being
brought each day, nearly ttll of which
are nccompunlcd by injunction pro
ceedings to restrain tho Chicago
Wrecking company from tearing down
the main buildings which It purchased
nnd on which It has mado a partial
payment.

to recover their wages. A plan is un
der consideration by them now, and It

RUSHVILLK, Neb., Nov. 4. Shortly

W. B. Kimball, a commercial traveler,
