Moss, for assault, is beeing tried
before a jury in Justice Sullivan's
court to-day.
The case of W. R. Morgan
against the city ot North Platte to
recover wages for August and Sep
tember, came up in Judge Ray's
court yesterday. Judgment was
secured against the city for the sum
of 5130.30.
Syl Friend, who looks after the
Krug Brewing Co's. ware house has
been notified that the company will
make North Platte a general distri
buting point for the product of the
brewery. The beer will be shipped
herein carload lots at regular inter
vals.
