A Handsome Three-Quarter Life-Size .

We propose to give to each of our customers a handsome portrait of anybody
tney may select. To this end we have made a contract with a leading portrait
house to furnish us with their celebrated pictures. To those who have seen these
portraits no word is necessary; and those who have not we invite to inspect the
samples at our store. We will not confine this offer to one picture in each family,
out give a portrait each time you comply with the requirements criven below. We
further assure you that if the portrait is not satisfactory, you need not accept it
untu it is.
-Lno portraits are Crayon and India Ink and of a, very fine grade. The same
picture costs, when ordered of an agent or picture house, $10.00 to $18.00.
THE WAY TO OBTAIN THE PICTURE.
We furnish you with a card on which are printed 5, 10, 15, 25, 30 and 50 cents
amounting m all to $10.00, and when you make a purchase the amount of the same
is punched out of the card. When you have bought goods to the amount of ten
dollars you furnish us with a photograph or tin. type from which to make the
picture. The cost of the frame, glass, etc., will be but $2.75. These portarits are
made by the well-known Standard Portrait Co. of Chicago..

ty, was in our village on Tuesday.
I. L. Standifer, of Keystone, was
looking over the irrigation country
on Monday and finally rented a farm
north of town from the Western
Seed and Irrigation Company.
Parties looking for stock that
drifted away during the recent
storm are becoming quite numerous.
Agent Carpenter is building a
stone tank on his lots in the east
part of town. J. H. Abshire is
doing" the work.

than nature."
