vote of thanks. A general discission
followed as to "How Shall We Vote."
Then came n delicious two-course
lunch served by the hostess assisted
by Mrs. Clifford Sward. Those pres
ent were the Mesdame John Nation,
Tom Roberts, N. T. Shawver, J. C.
Hawkins, Thomas Ackerman, S. O.
Carr, A. D. Rodgers, P. D. Roberts
and Frank Beeson. The club con
venes in two weeks with Mrs. J. W.
DeMoss.
Miss Anna Thompson of Lewiston,
Mont., who has been in Alliance for
the: past 'tv:o weeks visiting at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. S. V. Thomp
fon, will return to her home tomorrow.
The Rural Woman's club was enter
tained Thursday at the home of Mrs.
L. J. Schill, with Mis. Herman 'Jra

bers and guests were present." The
annual children's day program was
held with the program as follows:
Reading, Florence Judavine; reading,
Klnora Beal; piano solo, Yolnia Lee;

Beal and Berdene Lowell; vocal s lo,

day from a visit with her son, T. W.
Myers, at Interior, S. 1. Mr. Myers
is the owner of a C-O-acre farm five
miles t-outh of Interior, ami Mrs.

with luiit. Pio poets were never
brighter for a splendid crop. Mr.
Mers' place is we'd improved and has
