(27), north of range forty-eight (48),
wet of the sixth principal meridian,
in Box Butte County, Nebraska, and
that the petitioner is now the owner
of said lands; that no application has

Mattie M. Barnes at the time of her
death were her husband, Alfred G.
Barnes, of Custer, South Dakota, and
their children, Mattie M. Barnes, t

of lawful age and are the persons to

dersigned have formed a corporation
under the laws of the State of Ne
braska. That the name of said cor
poration is The Berea Community
Federated Church of Berea, Nebraska.
That the principal place of transacting
the business of said corporation is

er in fellowship of Christians, that we
may better promote the Kingdom of
