Mortgage records of said county.
That the said mortgage has been
fully paid; and amung that the court
enter a decree, cancelling the same

ceased departed this life Intestate
on the 20th day of December, 1908,
at his residence in the City of Benton
Harbor, Berrien County, Michigan,
and being immediately preceding his
death a resident and inhabitant of
Benton Harber, Berrien County,
Michigan, and was possessed in fee
simple at the time of his death of
the following described real estate,
to-wit: The northwest quarter of
section eight (8), In township
twenty-six (2d), north of range
fifty (50), west of the sixth principle
Meridian In Box Butte County, Ne
braska; that the petitioner la a
daughter of the deceased and the
owner of an undivided two-fifteenths
interest In fee simple in and to said
lands and derives her title to the

their children, Edward Clyborne, a
son. of South Bend, Indiana; Fred
Clyborne, a son of Benton Harbor,
Michigan; Ethyl Clyborne Snell
grove, a daughter of Elgin, Illinois;
Mae Quinisms, a daughter of Benton
Harbor, Michigan, each of whom Is
over twenty-one years of age and are
the persons to whom said lands de
cended at the time of the death of
the said deceased.
It is hereby ordered that a hear
ing be had on said petition In the
County Court room In the City of
Alliance, Box Butte County, State of
Nebraska, on the 25th day of Sep
tember, 1920, at the hour of ten
o'clock A. M. and that notice thereof
bo given to all persons interested In
said estate both creditors and heirs,
of the time and place fixed for said
hearing by the publication of this
order for three successive weeks
prior to said hearing in the Alliance
Herald, a newspaper printed, pub
lished, and circulated in said county.
