departed this life intestate
on the 20th day of December, 1908,
at his residence In the City of "Benton
Harbor, Berrien County, Michigan,
and being immediately preceding his
death a resident and inhabitant of
Benton Harber, Berrien County,
Michigan, and was possessed In fee
simple at the time of his death of
the following described real, estate,
to-wit: The northwest ' quarter of
section eight (8), In township
twenty-six (26), north of range
fifty (60), west of the sixth principle
Meridian in Box Butte County, Ne
braska; that the petitioner Is a
daughter of the - deceased and the
owner of an undivided two-fifteenths
interest In fee simple In and to said
lands and derives her title to the
same through the said Wilson A.

Clyborne, a foii of Benton Harbor,
Michigan; Ethyl Clyborne Snell
grove, a daughter of Elgin, Illinois;
Mae Qullliains, a daughter of Benton
Harbor, Michigan, each of whom Is
over twenty-one years of age and are
the poisons to whom said lands de-
ftended at the time of the death of
the said deceased

County Court room in the City of
Alliance; Box Butte County, State of
