may be given and issued to all per
sons interested in said estate both
creditors and heirs,' to the end that
the regular administration may be
dispensed with and that the estate of
the said Wilson A. Clyborne, de
ceased, be fully administered in ac
cordance with the laws of the State
of Nebraska, providing for the de
termination of heirs and right of
succession to real estate after a
period of more than, two years has
elapsed since the death of the Intes
tate, and for such other proceed
ings as may be proper for the full
administration of said estate. That
the court will find and decree that
the said Wilson A. Clyborne, de
ceased, died Intestate on the 20th
day of December, 1908, at Benton
Harbor, Berrien County, Michigan,
being at the time of his death, a

than two years have elapsed since
