provide for bids on different" mater
ials, and types of construction, and

bids on any material or materials
which may be suggested by petition
of the owners of record title repre
senting 2Ti per cent of the abutting
property owners In such district, if
such petition Is filed with the City
Clerk before advertisement for bids
Is ordered. On the opening of bids
for paving In such paving district,

pone action thereon for a period nq
