That after any water connection Is made from any water main In the City of Alliance, there shall be an Inspection of such con nection by the Water Commissioner of such, city, or his duly authorised agent. Section 2. That before such In spections or any of them are made, the owner of such premises shall pay to the City Clerk of the City of Al liance, Nebraska, an Inspection fee therefor In the sum of $2.00 and upon the completion of such Inspec tion if sueh water connection be found to be in acoordance with the ordinances of such city, the Water Commissioner shall issue to the own er of such premises a certificate to such effect. Section 8. That no person shall turn water Into any water service pipe until such certificate shall have been issued In accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. That any person vio lating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, unon conviction thereof, be fined In any sum not less than $10.00 and not morn than $100.00, and shall stand committed to the city Jail until such fine and costs are paid In accordance with law.
