Notice is hereby given that Mar-

tions of 'his corporation with any
necessary or required security, and
to lend money, with or without se
curity, and to do anything whatso
ever necessary, useful, deslrr.ble, con

ARTICLE IV.
(a) The authorized rapital stock
of this corporation shr.ll be Twenty-
five thousand dollars ($25,000.00)
divided into two hundred and fifty
(250) shares of the par value of one
hundred doolars ($100.00) each.
(b) The amount of capital stock
with which said corporation will be
gin business Is ten thousand dollars
($10,000.00).
(c) At such time as the board of
directors may by resolution direct
said capital stock shall be p: id into
this corporation, either in cash or by
the sale and transfer to it of real or
personal property, contracts, serv
ices, or any other valuable right or
thing for the use and purposes of
said corporation, in payment for
which shares of the capital stock of
said corporation may bo issued and
the capital stock so 'ssued shall
thereupon and thereby become and
be fully paid up the same ns though
paid for in cash at par, and shall be
non-assessable forever, and the Judg
ment of the directors as to the value
of any property, right or thing ac
quired in exchange for capital stock
shall be conclusive.
ARTICLE V.
The existence of this corporation
shall commence on the first day of
July 1918, and continue for a period
of fifty (50) yerrs thereafter, unless
sooner dissolved by a vote of two
thirds of the stock thereof.
ARTICLE VI.
The highest amount of indebted
ness to which said corporation may at
any time subject itself shall not ex
ceed twolthirds of tbe capital stock.
ARTICLE VII.
The annual meeting of the stock
holders of this corporation shall be
held on the first Monday in Febru
ary in each year, at which meeting
the directors of the company shall be
elected, and such other law'ul busi
ness done as the stockholders may
deem necessary and proper.
ART'CLE VIII.
(a) The officers of said corpora
tion shall be a president, vice presi
dent, secretary and treasurer. The
office of secretary and treasurer may

The following proposed amendment
to the constitution of the State ot
Nebraska, as hereinafter set forth in
full, is submitted to the electors of
the State of Nebraska to be voted
upon at the general election to be
held Tuesday, November 5th, A. D.
1918:
I
A JOINT RESOLUTION to amend
Section one (1) of Article seven (7)
of the Constitution of the State of
Nebraska.
Be it Resolved by the Legislature of
the Stato of Nebraska:
Section i. That Section One of Ar
ticle Seven of the constitution of the
State of Nebraska lie and the same
hereby is amended ' striking out the I
following words:
"Second. Persons of foreign birth
who shall have declared their intcn
UoS to become citizens comformably
to the lawB of the United States, on
the subject of naturalization, at least
thirtv days prior to an election."
And Inserting in the place of the 1
words so stricken, the following1
words:
"Second Persons of foreign birth j
who shall have become citizens of the
United States by naturalization or j

prior to an election.
Sec. 2. That at tbe general elec
tion nineteen hundred and eighteen
(1918) there shall be submitted to the
electors of the state for their approval
or rejection the foregoing proposed
amendment to the constitution relat
ing to the right of suffrage. At such
election, on the ballot of each elector
voting for or against said proposed
