To see the tinge of healthy bloom in your face, to see your skin get clearer and clearer, to wake up with out a headache, backache, coated tongue or a nasty breath, in fact to feel your best, day in and day out, just try Inside-bathing every morning for one week. Before breakfast each day, drink a glass of real hot water with a teaspoon ful of limestone phosphate in it as a liarmleBB means of washing from the htomach, liver, kidneys and bowels the previous day's indigestible waste, sour bile and toxins; thus cleansing, sweetening and purifying the entire alimentary canal before putting more food into the stomach. The action of hot water and limestone phosphate ou an empty btotnach is wonderfully in vigorating. It cleans out all the sour fermentations, gases and acidity and gives one a splendid appetite for break fast. . A quarter pound of limestone phos phate will cost very little at the drug store but is sufficient to demonstrate that Just as soap and bot water cleanses, sweetens and freshens the skin, so hot water and limestone phos phate act on the blood and internal or gans. Those who are subject to con stipation, bilious attacks, acid stomach, rheumatic twinges, also those whose akin is sallow and complexion pallid, are assured that one week of inside bathing will have them both looking and feeling better iu every way. Celebrate July 4th in Scottsbluff. THE MENACE RENEWED The later reports show that the submarine menace has again become serious. It was supposed by some that the marked falling off alter the record-breaking destruction In April was due to the alleged fact that most of the old slow ships had been sunk and that the new and swifter ships were relatively safe. It was also be lieved that the British destroyers, ably assisted by American reinforce ment, were at last standing the sub marines off. It was further suggest ed that the decreased destruction In Mya was due to the need, after the hi; terrorising drive In April, for the majority of the submarines to re turn to port for repairs. Whatever the explanation, tb,e highest record for April of 55 ships sunk In a week had declined by the end of May to a weekly record of only 18. Since then II sinkings have been reported for the week ending June 10, a sudden resumption of alarming activity. Moonlight n'.ghts and calm seas may have aided, as suggested, yef U is evident that the submarine menace still exists. Fortunately the reports of large arrivals in and sail ings from Killed ports are encourag ing, as .ire the figures for England's food supply on hand, with tour months' sustenance in the crops soon to be harvested, to say nothing of the grain that willl reach her ports und er any circumstances. Meanwhile Gormany Is further embarrassed by the power now conferred on the President to prevent the shipment to European neutrals of more grain than they imperatively need for their own use a provision of the espion age bill certain to alarm Berlin.
