The board of county commission ers met pursuant to adjournment. Officers present: Geo. W. Duncan, chairman, C. L. Hashman and J.' M. Wanek. ' H. M. Bushnell, secretary of the Alliance commercial club, appeared before the board and explained the claim of the commercial club filed against Box Butte county in the sum of $ 100, on account of expense in conectniou' with a soil survey of Box Butte county, which claim, after be ing duly considered by the board, as allowed. The Board of Health, consisting of the Board of County Commissioners and County Physician, Investigated a complaint made by Mrs. Collins against Mrs. Victor Thompson, but took no action in the u atter.
