Every person owning an automo bile or a motorcycle, according to the secretary of state, is expected to provide himself with a new license plate before the first of the year. Those who fall to get their plates be fore January 1 are uubject to prosecution. So far this year 99,200 automobile numbers have been sent out, and 3, 318 motorcycle numbers. These fig ures will probably be increased be fore the year ends. This month there h:ive been 2,4 SO automobile numbers issued and fifty motorcycle numbers sent out.
