providing a method to compel the
owners of property In any duly
treated sewer district in said city
of Alliance wherein a system of
sewerage has been established to
make connections therewith, and
providing for notice and assess
ment of costs for construction.
Pe it ordained by the mayor and
council of the City of Alliance, Box
Butte County, Nebraska:
Section 1. The Mayor and Council
of the City of Alliance, Nebraska,
may by resolutions panned by
the vote of at least three
fourths of the members of said coun
cil, compe! any owner or owners of
property ir any duly created Sewer
District within the City of Alliance,
wherein a systerj of sewerage has
been established and sower mains
laid, to connect their property with
said sewer mains, when It shall ap
pear to them that such connections
should be made.
Section 2. Upon the pnsHsipe of the
resolution set out In the foregoing
section the City Clerk of Fald City
shall notify the owner or owners of
the property effected by said resolu
tion, of the passage of same, by eith
er personal service or publication of
suld notice for a period of not less
hnn thirty days In some newspaper,
printed and published and of gener
al circulation within the said City of
Alliance, and If such property own
ers shall fall for thirty days after the
completion of the service of said no
tice upon them to mike such con
nections with. the seweraee system

number one is hereby created and
constituted In the City of Alliance,
Box Butte County, Nebraska.
Section 2. That said paving dist
