Here is an account of how l)r
Boyd of the Live Stock Saeitary
Board conducted his profession.. 1 ami
other business affairs for several
months with a partly dislocated neck.
Dr. Boyd, while in the performance
of his duties last October at Hecla,
was thrown down and trampled os
by wild broncos. He seemingly soos
recovered from the accident with the
exception that he frequently sintered
severe headaches, and during the lat
ter period of his suffering he would
lapse into unconsciousness, and re
main in that state for some hours
He consulted several specialists, and
finally it was learned that the atlas ef
the neck and a vertebra was out of
place. He is now taking treatment
and rapidly recovering.
