Mrs. L. II. Mosher departed last
Friday for Conneauc, Ohio, where
she will meet Mr. Mosher, who with
F. W. Carlson, made the trip in the
Mosher Ford. Mrs. Mosher's daugh
ter, MjT8. Russell Rogers, accompan
ied her as far as Omaha for a short
visit with friends.
Mrs. A. Sanquest came up from
Bridgeport Friday and remained here
till Sunday looking after business
matters and visiting with relatives

Mrs. M. L. Klncaid came up from
Bingham last Thursday to visit with
her husband, who is confined In the
hospital.

between trains Saturday on their
way from Aurora, where they had

Hemingford last Thursday after a
short visit here with his aunt, Mrs.
F. M. Seidell, and family. At Hem
ingford Kenneth was met by his par
ents, who live in Sioux county, and
who had been visiting there.
A. E. Anderson, in charge of the
government crop reports, was here
from Chadron last Wednesday and
Thursday. Thursday noon he went
to Dalton, near which place he will
carry on hla work this week.

home at Hemingford . after being
confined for several weeks in St
Joseph's hospital, where she under
went an operation.
Walter Jones, traffic chief for the
Nebraska Telephone con.pany, was
here from Grand Island last week
looking after business matters.
A marriage license was issued
Monday by Acting Cotinty Judge
Broome to Eric T. Casteel, aged 8 0,
of Mullen, and Miss Maude Charters,
of Krush, Colo., aged 20. Mr. Broome
performed the ceremony that united
the couple for life.

B. V. Reeves went to Hyannls to
do some painting and decorating
work at the Davis ranch near that
town. Most of the work will be the
painting of the new large three-story
house, and -Mr. Reeves expects to be
away about three weeks.
