A letter to Alliance friends from
Rev. Charles W. Ray who was pastor
of the Methodist church here for a
number of years, sttaes that he has
been transferred to the pastorate at

Ray was transferred to Norfolk,, and
from Norfolk to Columbus, where he
is located at present. Since leaving
Alliance, Rev. Ray has visited Eur

made to induce him to enter the con

remembered that his young wife died
here about teu years aio.
